The Walt Disney Company, commonly known as Disney, is an American diversified multinational mass media corporation headquartered in Walt Disney Studios, Burbank, California. While at The Lacek Group I was the creative director for the Disney account focused on the EarMarked Rewards loyalty program and the Disney Institute.

Disney’s EarMarked Rewards Program is a benefit of Disney’s EarMarked Program. It is offered to all agencies participating in Disney’s EarMarked Program that have a valid Disney’s EarMarked agreement, and their branch locations. Disney’s EarMarked Rewards Program is offered at an IATA/CLIA level.

This addition is designed to benefit Disney’s EarMarked Program agencies by rewarding them for year-over-year performance improvement — increasing sales of Disney vacations over the previous year.

The site received a redesign and new user experience to optimize the fulfillment pipeline. Conversion to the new format increased order fulfillment while adhering to the EarMarked established brand guidelines  My work covered all digital touch points from third party banners to emails and life-cycle marketing initiatives.

Disney Institute is the professional development and external training arm of The Walt Disney Company. The company showcases ‘the business behind the magic’ through seminars, workshops and presentations, as well as programs for professionals from many different industries, including healthcare, aerospace/aviation, government/military, food/beverage and retail.

While working at Lacek my team and I had the opportunity to revist the branding of DI and help realize it’s potential in a new and progressive direction.
