American Family Insurance

American Family Insurance (aka AmFam) is a private mutual company that focuses on property, casualty and auto insurance, but also offers commercial insurance, life, health, and homeowners coverage, as well as investment and retirement-planning products. At Lacek, my role was to support this account with digital strategy and user experience development. Targeting assets that the individual advisors can use to support their customers, a lifecycle email and contact program was developed for this audience.

Developing user experiences and creating wire frames with interaction flow charts was my primary task.
